Penza, 13 October 2019. PenzaNews. Events dedicated to the 205th anniversary of the birth of poet, novelist and playwright Mikhail Lermontov will be held in the state Museum-Reserve Tarkhany next Tuesday, October 15.

According to the website of the cultural institution, first the guests will lay flowers at the tomb of the poet.

After that, visitors of the estate will move to the administrative building, where a concert of students of children's music schools of Penza will take place.

Then the scientific and practical conference of schoolchildren "Tarkhany – a place of genius" will be organized, which will be held for the second time.

At the end of the event, guests will enjoy a concert of the folklore team of the museum.
