Russian government approves nearly 176 million roubles for Penza planetarium
Penza, 10 December 2020. PenzaNews. 175 974 600 roubles will be allocated from the federal budget in 2021–2023 to co-finance measures to preserve the cultural heritage site of regional significance Wooden Meteorological Observatory located in Penza as part of its adaptation to modern use. The corresponding order of the Russian government No. 3241-r, which was signed by Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, was published on the website of the Cabinet of Ministers.

In total, the document approved the distribution of other targeted inter-budgetary transfers of 4,6 billion roubles between the regions.
According to the information provided, Penza region will receive 42 274 600 roubles in 2021, 90 002 000 roubles – in 2022, and 43 698 000 roubles – in 2023.
The facility will be commissioned in 2023.
The work is planned within the framework of the Cultural Environment Federal Project of the Culture National Project.
