Penza, 23 May 2011. PenzaNews. The head of the Swedish fund program "Education through entrepreneurship" (SEED) in Russia during his visit in Penza on May, 23 noticed high rates of realization of this program in the city.

Mats Johansson said: "This project being implemented in many Russian regions is on a large scale in Penza like nowhere else. I am amazed by the rapidity with which the project was launched. But the most surprising is the high level of education process right from the beginning of studies. The cooperation with working centers and business incubators are the things we don't have even in Sweden."

According to the Ministry of Education of the Penza region, the project "Education through entrepreneurship" was started here in 2010. It involves pupils from 8 to 11 forms of general education institutions. On May, 1 there were more than 10 thousand pupils, working at 594 projects.

In July – September 2010 there were made agreements with the mentors, whose number is now 134.
