Penza, 27 May 2011. PenzaNews. 30-year-old businessman Alexander Shishkin intended to organize production of the electropanel board equipment which would be start working in the Serdobsky district of the Penza region at the end of the second quarter. The businessman has already made an arrangement with the Italian partners about manufacturing of the complex distributive electric networks.

According to the newspaper "The Serdobsky News", the business plan was in the final stage of approval.

The final adoption of the project will be in June. Alexander Shishkin has already submitted documents for surveying of the land for building of the industrial premises.
