Penza, 3 June 2011. PenzaNews. Preliminary judicial session of the claim of the municipal administration of Kuznetsk of the Penza region to the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Gorvodokanal" and LLC "Kommunalnye sistemy — SKM group" about the invalidation of the enterprise sale agreement will take place in the Regional Arbitration Court on June, 20.

According the press service of the Arbitration Court, during the preliminary judicial session which took place on May, 23, the representative of the claimant supported the declared requirements, having referred to the circumstances stated in the claim, and the representative of the first defendant did not recognize the claim, explaining that the claimant did not specify the bases of the invalidation of the agreement.

The press service of the department said: "Having heard the explanations of the trial participants and having investigated the available documents, the Arbitration Court recognized, that there aren't enough documents for court examination, that's why it is considered that the preliminary judicial session should be postponed".

Earlier "PenzaNews" informed, the Municipal Unitary Enterprise "Gorvodokanal" went bankrupt about 5 years ago and was sold at the beginning of 2011.

During his visit to Kuznetsk at the beginning of May the Governor Vasily Bochkarev shared opinion that the cost of the enterprise was obviously underestimated.

The Head of the region said: "Gorvodokanal" was stolen in broad daylight in Kuznetsk. Why the Government together with the tax authorities and the Office of Public Prosecutor did not trace the activity of the arbitration managers? There is the hand of the professional in the sale of the administrative part of the enterprise and all networks which are in the territory of Kuznetsk just for 5, 7 million rubles".

As he said, the inspection of the legality of the given agreement is under the personal control of the public prosecutor of the Penza region Valery Koshlevsky.
