Penza, 7 June 2011. PenzaNews. The representative of American investment company «IBAM Healthcare» specializing on creation of hi-tech modern medical institutions Stephen Polak visited Kuznetsk of the Penza region last Monday, on June, 6th.

According to the press-service of Kuznetsk administration, Stephen Polak was interested in building of a surgical department of the municipal hospital, the building process of which had begun in the early nineties.

In 2010 the authorities started to work at the problem of finishing of the building process of the surgical department which was extremely necessary for the town and nearby areas. Since the beginning of the building process there were a lot of changes of corresponding norms and sanitary rules. That’s why it was necessary to work out the new design-budget documentation to continue the work and reconciliation procedure. Today the project is ready. It was sent for state expert appraisal.

If investors from the USA become seriously interested in incomplete building, there would be a modern hi-tech medical center in Kuznetsk.
