Penza, 21 June 2011. PenzaNews. The general director of the several businesses which are engaged in processing of the plastic bottles in flakes and manufacturing of the polyethylene tape, Vladimir Kryachko intend to start manufacture of polymer-sandy paving tiles and building tiles in the settlement Chaadaevka of the Gorodishchensky district of the Penza region.

Vladimir Kryachko said: "The cost of the given project will make 1 million rubles. It is supposed to employ nearby 10 persons. The main plus of a tile produced in a way is its solidity and durability, and also plasticity, in comparison with cement-sandy tiles it is not pricked and does not crack, and low heat conductivity does not allow keeping ice and snow on its surface".

He added that he counts on the support of the Agency of the Development and Business Support.

According to businessmen, 60 persons in total worked at 2 mini factories which were engaged in processing of the plastic bottles and the subsequent manufacture of a packing tape at the time.

Vladimir Kryachko said: "One year ago there wasn't any similar business in the Volga region. Now similar factories appear, but their number isn’t enough, therefore salvage is delivered from Penza, Tambov, Saransk and other cities".

He noticed that the enterprise processes 4 tons of bottles per a shift; it is possible to make, for example, 3 synthetic sweaters from 1 kg of polyethylene flakes.

According to the Department of Investment Development of the Penza region, the volume of investments in this business would be 30 million rubles.
