The Penza bank "Kuznetsky" increased the capital up to 324 million rubles

Penza, 23 June 2011. PenzaNews. The central administrative board of the Central bank of the Russian Federation in the Penza region registered the increase of the capital stock of the bank "Kuznetsky" up to 324 million rubles. As the press-service of the credit institution informed, the size of the internal funds of the bank increased in comparison with the beginning of year by 52 %, or by 111 million rubles.

The chairman of the board of bank "Kuznetsky" Michael Dralin said: "Undoubtedly, the investments into the authorized capital stock and its growth is an indicator of reliability of the bank and its financial stability".

He added that it represented the next step to realization of a strategic target of bank "Kuznetsk" — to be included in the list of 300 largest banks of Russia.

LCC Bank "Kuznetsky" was founded as Limited Liability Corporation and registered by the Bank of Russia on October, 26th, 1990, registration number 609. Since 1991 the bank is a member of Association of Russian Banks (ARB). In 2004 the bank has successfully passed to International Financial Reporting Standards the international standards of the financial reporting (IFRS).

LCC Bank "Kuznetsky" is included in the register of banks – the participants of system of the obligatory insurance of the deposits on January, 14th, 2005, registration number 428.
