Penza, 30 June 2011. PenzaNews. About 180 business entities were established in the Lopatinskiy district of the Penza region during 2010 and the first half of 2011. The First Deputy Head of the district Aleksey Rozhkov informed, that in their development there were invested about 62 million.

He said: "Business created more than 1.5 thousand jobs in industries such as timber processing, bakery and confectionery products, crops and processing of agricultural products, as well as production of building materials".

He noted that currently in the Lopatinskiy district operated more than 420 businesses, as well as 70 consumer cooperatives.

Aleksey Rozhkov said: "The cooperatives "Partner" and "Foresters" which produce building blocks and wooden log cabins for homes, spas and arbors supply the population with local building materials".

According the chairman of the cooperative "Partner" Aleksey Kulikov, his company was organized in March 2010. It is currently engaged in production of 80 building blocks a day.

He said: "The size of the invested funds in production modernization amounted to about 1.2 million rubles. In addition to blocks, we build homes in the district center, as well as provide the population with the funeral services".

Representatives of the cooperative "Forester" are also intended to increase their production capacity. On the received grant businessmen bought sawmill and produced two log houses per month.

Chairman of the "Foresters" Sergey Ilmensky said: "Now we 16 people work here. In the future we plan to build additional space for drying wood and to start the manufacture of windows. For realizing these plans the company needs about 2 million rubles".

According to the Invest Development of the Penza region, in addition to construction, it was established the production and the sale of bakery products Lopatino. The members of the cooperative "The Hot Bread" erected on their own means the bakery and the shop in the village Buzovlevo, and for a grant of 300 thousand rubles acquired the necessary equipment.

The Chairman of the Construction and Production Cooperative Nikolai Belov said: "Now we would like to purchase packaging machinery as unwrapped bread is not so attractive and to arrange the confectionery production on the second floor of this building on the area of 80 square meters".
