Penza, 6 July 2011. PenzaNews. The Penza region was included into the list of 41 federal subjects of the Russian Federation. Central bank of Russia gave the Penza region a rating not lower than "B" / "В3". The given rating reflects high indicators of execution of the budget and quality of management of the regional finance.

The press-service of Central Bank of the Russian Federation said: "Among the regions of the Volga Federal District the Nizhniy Novgorod region, the Ulyanovsk region, the Samara region and the Saratov region, Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Udmurtiya and the Penza region are included in the list".
