Penza, 7 July 2011. PenzaNews. The issue of creating a start-park in Penza for beginner businessmen was discussed by the Head of the Penza administration of Roman Chernov and the General Director of the Northwest Center of venture capital investments Leonid Malygin during the meeting on Wednesday, July 6.

According to the press-center of administration, the idea of the project is the creation of a business school, which during the year will be able to train senior students, graduate students, researchers, university staff and people with higher education under the age of 45 years.

The basis of the education will be participation in real projects. The Center of venture capital investments will assist businessmen in finding investors, market research and solving legal issues.

There should be 4-5 new businesses the result of business school.

The main difference between start-park and the similar structures is that the work here is carried out by private investors, under their control and management.
