Penza, 21 July 2011. PenzaNews. The debts of taxes of the enterprises of the city Zarechny of the Penza region grew by 263 % in comparison with the data of January, 1st, 2011.

The head of Federal tax agency's inspectorate of the Russian Federation in the city Zarechny Alexander Ganin said during session of the interdepartmental commission on protection of interests of a city in economy sphere: "The debts of taxes made 34.9 million rubles. The debts of fines and sanctions made 9.8 million rubles".

The enterprises get to "black" lists for the various reasons, one of them is unfair relation of management to the document circulation.

Alexander Ganin said: "The situation of debts of federal taxes develops. In the first half of the year additional charge made almost 26 million rubles".
