Growth of investments into economy of the Penza region was 29.9 % in the first half of this year

Penza, 3 August 2011. PenzaNews. More than 21.7 billion rubles were invested in development of economy and social sphere of the Penza region in January – June, 2011 that is by 29.9 % more than for the similar period of last year.
The vice-president of regional government Arstanbek Nogoev informed the governor Vasily Bochkarev during the meeting with the cabinet on Wednesday, on August, 3rd: "The amount of "Building" works in January – June was 9 billion 106.9 million roubles or 126% January – June, 2010. At the expense of all sources of financing by the organizations of all patterns of ownership and individual builders apartment houses by a total area of 163 thousand sq. meters. Growth was 45.8 %. Apartment houses by a total area of 68.3 sq. meters in Penza are constructed".
Besides, the vice-president said about large-scale projects which are planned to realize on territory of the Penza region .
Arstanbek Nogoev: "In the middle of August the representatives of the Czech company interested in development of dairy cattle breeding and building a cheese-factory on one of our platforms plan to visit Penza".
The second significant investment project is the creation а of agroclaster, the Hungarian party is ready to incur 85 % of financing.
Arstanbek Nogoev said: "It is a question of manufacture of agricultural production and deep processing of pork, beef and poultry".
According to the vice-president of the government, building of sugar factory and manufacturing of solar panels are the priority questions of the future.
Arstanbek Nogoev said: "Speaking about the large-scale project of reconstruction of the Penza airport we can't but admit that we carried on negotiations with the investors from Great Britain, they ready to invest 435 million rubles in building at the first stage".
The vice-president of the government said: "Bread-baking plant erection and creation of agricultural machinery manufacturing holding company together with Byelorussians are also discussed. The head office of the enterprise will be in Penza and about 20 joint-stock companies are ready to enter this holding".
