Penza, 5 August 2011. PenzaNews. The Minister of Finance of region of Evgeniya Krasheninnikova said during the fortieth session of Legislative Assembly of region on Friday, on August, 5th: "Expenses of the budget of the Penza region because of on liquidation of invasion of locust within the limits of the program "Development of agriculture of the Penza region for 2009-2013"  were increased by 15 million rubles in 2011".

Besides, the expenses on indemnification of a part of expenses on acquisition of means of chemicalixation and actions of a government program of development of agriculture and regulation of the markets of agricultural production, raw materials and the foodstuffs were increased by 87 million 490,3 thousand rubles for 2008-2012.

"Expenses for giving grants to of agricultural producers which are carrying out manufacture of eggs, fowl and pork were increased by 127 931 thousand rubles". Evgeniya Krasheninnikova.

In total because of increase of volume of transfers from the federal budget in 2011, expenses of the budget of the Penza region increased by 812 389.7 thousand rubles.
