Penza, 10 August 2011. PenzaNews. The work-shop on destruction of difficult ammunition in Leonidovka of the Penza region is planned to start working in 2012. Director of  Spetsstroy of the Russian Federation Grigory Naginsky informed about it during the press conference devoted to destruction of stocks of the chemical weapon in Russia, on Wednesday, August, 10th.

He said that 40 thousand tons of poison weapons in the country should be liquidated, 20.9 thousand tons have already been liquidated.

Grigory Naginsky said: "The program on recycling of the chemical weapon provides its utter annihilation by 2015. Seven special factories are constructed in the country for this purpose".

He added that this year the gain of Federal agency of special building (Spetsstroy of Russia) was about 130 billion roubles.
