Building of underground gasholder was started in the Penza region

Spassk, 11 August 2011. PenzaNews. Building of industrial site, compressor station and residential small town included into a complex of underground gas storehouse in volume of 10 billion cubic meters was started in Spassky area of the Penza region.

According to the chief specialist of LLC "Tehstroysouz" Vladimir Ponomarev, technics and materials were delivered to the building site now.

He said: "Excavations were started, access roads were made. It is planned that the first stage of the object will be ready by 2013. Building process will be finished by 2016".

Vladimir Ponomarev said that near about 300 persons would work at the operational complex.

The chief specialist of the organization said: "It's planned to build "gas small town" for them near industrial site and compressor station. Some projects providing erection of many-storeyed houses or 110 individual cottages are developed".

According to the department of investment development of the Penza region, new settlement located on distance of three kilometers from the regional center is actually created.

The department said: "The project is realized on the territory of the Penza region because of the initiative of governor Vasily Bochkarev. The investor of building acts is "Gazprom". The general expected volume of investments is more than 50 billion rubles".

In turn the head of administration of Spassky area Grigory Sergushkin said that 700 would be created during five years of complex building.

The head of administration said: "That's why people who had left for other cities for earnings, including Moscow, started to come back to the area. Here, in the hometown, they will be able to do what they can do and to get worthy wages".
