The vice-president of the government of the Penza region Andrey Baev informed about it during the press conference on Friday, August, 12th.

Andrey Baev said: "That's why I want to underline that the competitive commission of representatives of public associations of businessmen, higher educational institutions, and various state departments will estimate business projects. Winners will be defined by their decision."

The vice-president noticed that similar assurances are inadmissible, as it hurts the reputations of department of the development of the business, all its employees, and members of the competitive commission and the government of the Penza region.

Andrey Baev said: "According to the data from the Internet the cost of writing of the business plan for participation in competition on grant support in department of development of business is from 7 to 60 thousand rubles. I have nothing against people writing business plans. It's normal business service, but it is similar to swindle to promise a victory in competition to ask considerable money for it".

The head of the department of development of business of the Penza region Sergey Kapralov added that it's necessary to have simple business plan without difficult calculations and it's easy to write it.

Sergey Kapralov said: "Besides, the Center of information support of the business gives free consultation to the businessmen on this question, it's located in the street Popova, 36 or by phone: 20-42-60. They can also answer all questions, concerning short-term courses of "Business Basis".

He has underlined that for participation in competition on grant reception it is not obligatory to be trained on bases of agencies of support of business and on the basis of the center of consulting and information support of business in Penza.

Sergey Kapralov said: "Any document, testifying that the person had such training is valid, however it should be received not earlier than July, 1st, 2010. Thus we recommend having training on our base to avoid various cases of swindle of the doubtful organizations".
