Penza, 17 August 2011. PenzaNews. "Russian dairy company" (Rusmolco) and insurance company "VSK" signed the agreement to stop proceedings on the case of the lost crop of 2010 and payment of insurance compensation.

According to Elena Firsova, the assistanton public relations of the general director of the company, according to the agreement OJSC "VSK" will pay to LLC "PenzaMolInvest" which is a part of "Rusmolco", 10 million rubles as surcharge of the sum of insurance compensation. The total sum of compensation is 11.8 million rubles.

She said: "Rusmolco" submitted the claim to VSK in March, 2011. The reason was that VSK refused to consider drought which happened in the majority of the regions of Russia in summer 2010 and caused the destruction of a considerable part of crop. The total area of crops of "Rusmolco" insured in VSK was 3.5 thousand hectares. 1.8 thousand hectares of them were lost, the partial destruction was on the square of 1.6 thousand hectares. In March, 2011 VSK paid "Rusmolco" the sum of 1.8 million the rubles which is only a small part of real damage".

Since March till August, 2011 judicial sessions took place and some repeated examinations were spent.

Elena Firsova said: "The negotiations between "Rusmolco" and VSK took place and they come to the mutual consent and have made the decision to sign the agreement of lawsuit".

The chairman of board of directors of "Rusmolco" Naum Babayev said: "We are satisfied with the results of negotiations with VSK which led to the conclusion of the agreement of lawsuit, and we hope that further we can solve questions without addressing to the judicial organizations".

According to the general director of VSK Oleg Ovsjanitsky the company always tries to solve all questions on a pre-judicial stage on the basis of mutual trust and respect.

Oleg Ovsjanitsky said: "Therefore we are glad that we managed to find mutual understanding with company "Rusmolco". This case is a good example that in any situation both interested parties can compound".
