Penza, 25 August 2011. PenzaNews. Penza court decided for the first time to transfer 20 hectares of not processed earth located in Mokshansky area and belonging to the local farmer to the municipality.

According to the press-service of the government of the Penza region, the owner got the site of 20 hectares by right of succession and didn't cultivate it during three years.

The vice-president of regional government Marat Faizov said: "Now there are cases about withdrawal of the acres which are not used in Penzensky, Gorodishchensky and Bessonovsky areas. We are sure that the case connected with the ground in Mokshansky area will make proprietors till the soil up but and not to spoil it".
