Penza, 1 September 2011. PenzaNews. Acting Governor of the Penza region Vyacheslav Satin gave the commission to the vice-premier of regional government Marat Faizov and to the Minister of Agriculture Vladimir Volkov to carry out monitoring of the work of agricultural enterprises of the region to reveal the cases of discrepancy of actual productivity of agricultural crops and the given data.

"During the operative meeting in the government of the Penza region Marat Faizov said: "Luninsky area (23 centners from hectar), Issinsky area (22 centners from hectar), Penzensky area (19 centners from hectar) are the leaders of the harvest. More than 70% of squares were threshed. 40 thousand hectares of winter wheat wasn't threshed yet".

However, during the inspection of the sites it was found out that the data and the real situation differed greatly.

Vyacheslav Satin said: "Harvesting process in Kamensky area is about 100% complete but in some areas it is only 60 % complete. The weather and other conditions are equal. I want to understand, why we do not work according to the given plan. There are enough machines and the weather is ideal. The equipment is modern and high-efficiency. I ask you to develop concrete measures to solve all problems concerning grain, commercial crops and vegetables".
