Penza, 2 September 2011. PenzaNews. The tailoring shop was opened in the hotel complex "Nadezhda" in Zemetchino of the Penza region. The head of the hotel complex Nadezhda Adamova said: "The tailoring shop is engaged in repairing service and tailoring by order. Now 6 persons work there". According to the department of investment development of the Penza region, the project of Zemetchino trading-hotel complex was presented at the first regional investment forum which took place in 2007.

The head of the hotel complex Nadezhda Adamova said: "The tailoring shop is engaged in repairing service and tailoring by order. Now 6 persons work there".

According to the department of investment development of the Penza region, the project of Zemetchino trading-hotel complex was presented at the first regional investment forum which took place in 2007.

The source of the department said: "The hotel in Zemetchino existed in Soviet times, but it was closed after reorganization and there wasn't any hotel for visitors. As the result of realization of the project the settlement got a modern infrastructure which favorably affects an investment climate of the area".

According to Nadezhda Adamova, in hotel there is one- and double rooms, the kitchen where it is possible to warm up meal is equipped and to drink tea.

Nadezhda Adamova said: "The main visitors of the hotel are people on a business trip and also those who come to their hometown. Three times the family of pensioners who visit their acquaintances stays in the hotel for two weeks for the third year".

Estimating the development of the territory, the head of administration of Zemetchinsky area Nikolay Orlov said that are more and more new workplaces. From the beginning of the year 667 constant and more than 780 temporary workplaces appeared.
