Penza, 2 September 2011. PenzaNews. The Perm chain of cinemas "Very Velly" refused to place IMAX or 4D cinema in Penza.

According to the owner of the chain Alexander Fleginsky, the proprietor of the shopping center "Vishaya Liga" where it was planned to place a multiplex decided to change the conditions of the already signed agreement.
"Kommersant" quoted Alexander Fleginsky: "Changes were not in favor of the Perm company. Therefore they decided to cancel the contract. Now they consider placing the cinema in the cities from Bryansk to Novosibirsk, including Moscow".
As the news agency "PenzaNews" informed earlier, the owner of the chain "Very Velly" Alexander Fleginsky declared plans to open multiplex in April, 2010.
The premise for IMAX cinema will be in the shopping center "Vishaya Liga" which is building now. It is managing by the company "Penza Gostiny Dvor".
Complex building is planned for be finished the 4th quarter of 2011, the multiplex will be opened in 2012.
