Penza, 5 September 2011. PenzaNews. Reconstruction of cheese manufacturing work shop within the limits of the project of organization of processing of milk is planned in village Saltykovo of Zemetchinsky area of the Penza region in 2011-2012. According to the head of administration of the area Nikolay Orlov, agency on development and support of small business of Zemetchinsky area bought the building of the cheese workshop and carried out indoor repairs of total cost about 3 million rubles.

The head of administration said: "Now there are negotiations with potential investors who are ready to invest money in equipment for cheese manufacturing".

Nikolay Orlov said that the meeting with the Italian businessmen took place and they planned to invest 20 million roubles.

Nikolay Orlov said: "The investment capital in 2010 were 256 million rubles in the are, in the first 6 months of 2011 it was 121.5 million rubles. The main directions are the development of "Zemetchinsky sugar factory" and agricultural industrial and processing enterprises".

He noticed that one of the largest industrial agricultural enterprises is LTD "SouzAgro" which is engaged in cultivation of sugar beet.

The head of administration said: "Now there are 60 thousand hectares of sugar beet, but, considering modernization of sugar plant it is necessary to increase squares to 100 thousand hectares. We carry on negotiations with the nearest areas about not processed lands".

According to the department of investment development of the Penza region, the Zemetchinsky area shows up on the general background: harvesting is almost finished, the machines work actively on the fields, roadside service enterprises are in a good condition in spite of the fact that the area is far away from the federal line.

The head of administration said: "This territory is perspective for investments".
