Penza, 6 September 2011. PenzaNews. The tenth international investment forum will take place in Sochi on September, 15-18th. Delegation led by the first deputy of the chairman of the government of the region Arstanbek Nogoev will present there the investment potential of the Penza region.

The vice-chairman of the government – the head of department of the industry, transport and power of the region Yury Bykov, acting as the chief of the regional department of investment development Sergey Shelementev, the chairman of the regional commercial and industrial chamber Vladimir Podobed are also the members of the delegation.

The press-service of the regional government said: "Now the presentation of investment potential is prepared in the Penza region. It is planned to hold a number of negotiations. They will be devoted to the questions of cooperation with Foreign Trade Bank in the sphere of dynamical private-state partnership, cooperation of Russian and foreign industry enterprises".
