St.-Petersburg, 7 September 2011. PenzaNews. The delegation from the Penza region took part in the fifth international investment forum PROEstate – 2011, which is held in St.-Petersburg from September, 7th till September, 9th. Representatives of the region visited an exhibition of investment platforms, projects and plans for development of the territories, then they took part in the official opening ceremony of the forum which was held at the stand of the government of St.-Petersburg.

The deputy minister of regional development of the Russian Federation Ilya Ponomarev greeted participants and wished productive work in the next three days.

He said: "Forum PROEstate is the largest in Russia. It plays a great role in economic development of the country as it is the place of the beginning of many investment projects".

Ilya Ponomarev underlined that it is the possibility to create their image and to be presented at the international level.

According to the vice-governor of St.-Petersburg Yury Molchanov, five years ago the forum was a place of meetings of regional delegations and professionals of real estate sphere.

The vice-governor said: "Today the exhibition is occupied by expositions of participants by 100%, the program is full of meetings, discussions and round tables. I consider that we achieve our aim and it became the main investment forum in Russia".
