Penza, 12 September 2011. PenzaNews. Governor Vasily Bochkarev offered to construct an industrial complex which will include a sugar factory, a condensed milk manufacturing plant and a cattle-breeding farm due to increase of sugar beet yield in the Penza region.

During the operative meeting in the government of the Penza region on Monday, September, 12th Vasily Bochkarev said: "If we realize this idea we should know where we will use received sugar. Condensed milk is a liquid product, and a cattle-breeding farm constructed nearby will solve a problem with good milk supply".

The head of the region asked the Minister of Agriculture of the Penza region Vladimir Volkov and the vice-president of the government of the region Marat Faizov to develop the project of the complex for investors as soon as possible and present it at the following meeting.
