Penza, 13 September 2011. PenzaNews. The number of the residents of the Penza region having more than 1 billion of roubles incomes a year grown from 1 person in 2009 up to 6 persons in 2010. These data was given by the department of Federal Tax service of Russia in the Volga District in accordance with the results of declaration company of 2010.

According to "Vedomosty", 53 billionaires with incomes of 1 billion to 10 billion roubles submitted declarations in 14 federal subjects. 118 residents of Volga Federal District come nearer to this category. Their income is from 500 million to 1 billion rubles. In total 40 733 millionaires are officially registered on the territory of the district. The most of them (over 38.3 thousand persons) are the businessmen who earned from 1 to 10 million rubles.

The greatest quantity of billionaires (13 persons) is registered in the Samara region. The Nizhniy Novgorod region (10 billionaires) took the second place, the third is Tatarstan where nine persons declared milliard incomes.

Federal Tax Service of the Ulyanovsk, Saratov regions, the Republic of Marij El, Mordovia and Chuvashiya, Perm Territory didn't render data about billionaires.
