The press service of FAS said: "Following the results of discussion it was concluded that the given advertizing does not break the requirement of item 6 article 5 of the Federal law "About advertizing", in particular does not contain obscene and offensive images, comparisons and expressions concerning sex, race, nationality, social category".
At the same time the advertisement of clubs of sunburn "Solaris" is doubtful because Penza FAS got some applications of citizens considering that it's incorrect to use an image of the person similar to the US president.
The press service said: "It is recommended to stop distribution of the given advertisement".
According to the chief of the department of control of state order, authorities and advertizing of Penza FAS Vladimir Volodin, the use of images of famous people is an advertising tool to attract attention to the advertized goods or service.
Vladimir Volodin said: "It is necessary for advertisers to use the images of statesmen and famous people carefully. The constitution of the Russian Federation does not allow to use an image or a name of any person without its consent, whether it is a politician or a common citizen".
