Penza, 22 September 2011. PenzaNews. Process of reorganization in the form of joining of "Russian capital" AKB and "Provincial bank Tarkhany" Ltd is finished. The director of department of restructuring of banks GK Deposit Insurance Agency" (DIA) Georgy Agaptsev and chairman of the board "Russian capital" (LTD) Dmitry Eropkin said about it during press conference in the government of the Penza region on Thursday, September, 22nd.

As the news agency "PenzaNews" informed earlier, the decision about integration of "Tarkhany" and "Russian capital" was made during the general meeting of shareholders on April, 18th, 2011.

In September the Committee of bank supervision of Bank of Russia get a report of Deposit Insurance Agency about the end of financial improvement of bank "Tarkhany".

The chairman of the board of "Russian capital" Dmitry Eropkin said: "All necessary procedures on joining are made. Integration of banks allowed to get united client base, to increase business, to extend the market and to improve the structure of management".

According to Georgy Agaptsev, in the course of reorganization there filial network wasn't reduced. There are 23 offices of "Russian capital" in the region. They have the same name "Tarkhany".

Dmitry Eropkin said: "1600 persons work at the offices. The number of dismissed employees is very small. There was only some optimization of administrative board".

He introduced the head of branch of bank in Penza Denis Meshcherjakov to journalists.
Speaking about work with clients of "Tarhany", the vice-chairman of board of bank Elmira Tihonycheva explained that they improved the range of goods in spring. So finance products of "Russian capital" are available for clients.

The chairman of the board Dmitry Eropkin said: "In future we intend develop retail crediting its share will be 40% of all credit portfolio of the bank".

The vice-chairman of the government — Vyacheslav Satin underlined that the procedure of financial improvement of "Provincial bank "Tarkhany" in the form of joining to large federal bank completed successfully.

Vyacheslav Satin said: "Government of the region thanked "Deposit Insurance Agency" and "Russian capital" for courageous decision about financial rehabilitation of the bank. The region authorities support this project".

Within the limits of their business trip top-managers of bank and DIA met the governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev and discussed the results of integration.

Georgy Agaptsev said: "As the result of financial rehabilitation of bank "Tarkhany" we managed to reach high indicators. All purposes are achieved. Thanks to the credit resources transferred to authorized capital of Penza branch, losses of "Tarkhany" were covered".

Vasily Bochkarev said: "Thanks to your efforts, we improved the bank, and kept workplaces. I sure that in the nearest future it will be possible increase its prestige among resident of the region".

"Russian capital" AKB (Ltd) is a bank which has a wide branch network supplying services for all categories of clients.

Since 2009 the deposits of clients of "Russian capital" AKB are insured by nation-wide system of insurance of deposits. The main shareholder of the bank is the state corporation Deposit Insurance Agency". It owns 99.9% of shares. Security of interests of clients and counterparts of the bank is guaranteed by the Agency. Its responsibility is to control and maintain the financial state of the bank and its obligations to all creditors.

On September, 1st, 2011 the size of bank assets is 48.2 billion rubles and the size of own funds is 11.1 billion rubles.

The governor told about the system of support of small and mid-size business existing in the region, grants, credits and also organizing cooperative societies with participation of funds of the employment center of the region.
