Index of meat and milk production in the Penza region has increased

Penza, 23 September 2011. PenzaNews. During 8 months of 2011 the index of meat production grew by 9.7% in comparison with the results of 2010. Growth milk production was 3.5%, eggs production was 3.1%.

According to Penzastat, in comparison to the similar period of the previous year cattle and poultry production increased by 3.3%.

Besides, a number of cattle of all enterprises increased slightly by 0.8% in comparison to the results of the previous year.
