Penza, 30 September 2011. PenzaNews. The budget of labor occupations festival for prizes of the governor was 9 million rubles in the Penza region. The vice-chamber of the government of the region Yury Bykov informed about it during the press conference at the press center of news agency "PenzaNews" on Friday, September, 30th.

"Studying experience of the organization of similar competitions in other regions, we have come to a conclusion that so scale festivals were not spent in one subject of the Russian Federation. The maximum budget provided on given action in the next areas, has made about 1,5 million roubles", — the vice-president of the government of the Penza region has told.

Yury Bykov reminded that competition was held among representatives of labor occupation of industry sphere and also in agricultural branch.

Yury Bykov said: "In particular, the festival was held among following occupations: the turner, the milling-machine operator, the welder, the crane operator and the electroassembler. The prize for the first place will be a car, home theater will be given for the second place, the participant who will take the third place will get a refrigerator. The best specialist with experience less than 5 years will be awarded by scooter, the second winner will get a laptop, and the third one will have a TV. Thus various gifts will be received by each participant of the regional festival".

The vice-chamber of the government of the Penza region Marat Faizov added that specialists of artificial insemination, the best operators of machine milking, combine operators and machine operators will compete in agriculture sphere.

Marat Faizov said: "27 areas of the region send the participants, activity very big as among youth, and professionals. The participants are interested in the competition, first of all, because of the quality of prizes".

Yury Bykov said: "It's known that all prizes have income tax. One head of the enterprises said: "If my specialist wins, I will pay income tax". If any winner has financial difficulties, we will try to allow him to pay tax on time".

Besides, the vice-chamber of the government of the Penza region added that organizers will insist on upgrading a worker increase of the participants categories who have taken certain places on any of stages of competition that the general level of stimulation of the future winners was much above.

Results of the festival are planned to be announced in November.
