During the regular session of Legislative Assembly of the region on Friday, September, 30th some changes were made in the law "About the budget of the Penza region for 2011 and for the planned period of 2012 and 2013". The changes were made in connection with new tax and non-tax incomes and also increase the volume of gratuitous.

According to Marina Timohina, the Press Secretary of the regional parliament, the volume of receipts of the profit tax of the organizations will be increased by 90 million roubles in 2012 and 2013 annually.

She said: "For 2011 the state tax receipt plan was increased by 30 million 267 thousand roubles, incomes form the property of state and municipal property increased by 4 million 700 thousand rubles, incomes of paid services and indemnification of expenses of the state increased by 4 million 541 thousand rubles".

She noticed that in connection with expected receipt from the federal budget of the grant for partial compensation of the additional account obligations connected with the increase of the funds of payments of pedagogical workers since September, 1st, 2011 and indexation since October, 1st, 2011 of the funds of budgetary sphere, for 2011 incomes of the budget of the Penza region were increased by 252 million 505 thousand rubles.

13 million 355.3 thousand rubles were allocated for diagnostic means and anti-virus preparations of the Penza region for 2011.

In connection with increase in volume of interbudgetary transfers at the expense of means of the federal budget in 2011 the expenses were increased by 2 million 36.2 thousand roubles on the organization of remote education of children-invalids, by 99 million roubles on assistance of population employment.

The expenses for air techniques and equipment for GBU "City airport of Penza" and also fees for inspecting of new airport lighting were increased by 37 million 150 thousand rubles.

Expenses for the reserve fund of the government of the Penza region were reduced by 25 million rubles.

Taking into account all changes the volume of incomes of the budget of the Penza region in 2011 will be 36 billion 597 million 807.5 thousand rubles, the volume of expenses will be 41 billion 986 million 831.2 thousand roubles, budgeted deficit will be 5 billion 389 million 23.7 thousand rubles.

Incomes of the budget of the Penza region in 2012 and 2013 will be about 34.5 billion rubles and 31 billion rubles correspondingly, expenses will be 38.5 billion rubles and 33.5 billion rubles.
