Penza, 5 October 2011. PenzaNews. The real estate price in Penza decreased in September by 1.5% up to 33.2 thousand rubles for 1 sq. meter that became the greatest fall of price in comparison with other regions of the Russian Federation.

The cost of square meter has decreased by 0,5% in Volgograd up to 42.38 thousand rubles and in Lipetsk up to 44.06 thousand rubles.

The highest rise in price was in the Moscow region and Ufa — by 1.9 % up to 67.26 thousand rubles and 46.58 thousand rubles accordingly.

Cost of square meter of habitation In Omsk in the past month has increased by 1,5% to 33,87 thousand roubles, in Voronezh, Saratov and Tula — on 1,1 % to 36,7 thousand, 37,28 thousand and 47,03 thousand roubles accordingly.

According to business portal "BFM.ru" referring the materials of National association of budget pricing and cost engineering, an average cost of habitation in Moscow increased by 0.3% up to 140.07 thousand rubles for a square meter, in Petersburg it increased by on 0.2% up to 72.8 thousand rubles.
