Penza, 5 October 2011. PenzaNews. More than 7 billion roubles is planned to allocate from the budget of the Penza region for capital construction and capital repairs of objects of housing construction, culture, public health services and education in 2012 that is 1.5 billion more than in 2011.

According to Darya Naumushkina, the Press Secretary of the Penza branch of the Inter-regional conjunction of builders, 1.5 billion rubles of budget money are planned to be spent for social building.

During the meeting on Tuesday, October, 4th the chief of the department of town-planning of the Penza region Alexander Grishaev said: "The Wedding palace in Stroiteley Prospekt, the cadet Cossack corps in the village Pachelma, school in the village Poim of Belinsky area, the new building of the regional anti tubercular clinic are among 33 priority objects which are planned to begin the next year".

Besides, there are also budget means to continue erecting of the infectious building of the Penza regional center of specialized kinds of medical aid which is planned to be finished in 2012, reconstruction of the infectious building in Belinsky, reconstruction of the hospital for veterans of wars, expansion and reconstruction of the building of the regional station of blood transfusion. Building of the Palace of martial arts will be also built and the design project of a football stadium for 20 thousand spectators will be finished.

Alexander Grishaev said: "It is planned to perform the design project of stadium "Temp" which is planned to be reconstructed and changed into the Palace of game sports. Design projects of the multipurpose sports complex in Ternovka with a pool, a big ice-rink and a gym will be worked out".

In housing construction branch the design projects and erection of a hostel for pupils of school of the Olympic reserve of the Penza region and reconstruction of the hostel in Tambovskaya street is planned to be organized.

There are special funds for building and reconstruction of the objects of city infrastructure within the limits of preparation for 350th anniversary of Penza. 3 billion 665 million rubles from the federal budget, and 375 million roubles from regional will be allocated for this purpose. Building of the film concert hall and regional philharmonic hall will be continued, five museums, such as I.N. Ulyanov museum, theatrical art center "House of Mejerhold", V.O. Kljuchevsky museum and Penza art school of K.A.Savitsky will have major repairs.
