Penza, 12 October 2011. PenzaNews. Solemn ceremony of opening of the business school START-park took place in Penza state technological academy on Wednesday, October, 12th.

There was a governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev, the chairman of Legislative Assembly Alexander Guljakov, the deputy chairman of the government of region Yury Krivov, the general director of the Northwest center of venture investments Leonid Malygin, rector of the academy Vasily Moiseyev and also the heads of the largest enterprises and organizations of the region, business trainers and consultants who will offer the ideas.

The ideological inspirer of school Leonid Malygin said: "START-park is factory manufacturing startups which resembles a model of the distributed partnership where the basic attention is given not to the creation of an enterprise but to a product. First START-park in Russia (IMIT-TECHNOPARK) has been working for half a year in Cherepovets. There are good results. One project was started, five potential enterprises are at the stage of preparations. Thus after introduction of new technology, the model of preparation specialists in regional high school has essentially changed. The training is focused on practice now".

The representatives of Penza technical colleges of region — technological academy, building university, and also the Penza State University will attend the business school.

During training the students will take part in master classes and trainings, will study interactive technologies and during design activity they can create the innovative enterprise that will allow to impart practical skills of the organization and business dealing, bases and principles of construction of professional career and to get investments for the startups developed at business school.

Vasily Bochkarev said: "I am grateful to the general director of the Northwest center of venture investments Leonid Malygin that he paid attention to our region, and I consider that it became possible thanks to actions spent in the Penza region. Today we present the fine project and, undoubtedly, as a result of its realization the Penza technological academy becomes the leader by quantity of small innovative enterprises".

The head of region underlined that it is necessary for Penza region to take the experience of Germany, Japan, South Korea and India and to be engaged in new projects developing.
