The press-service of Penza statistics department said: "The index of industrial production of manufacturing enterprises of the region increased by 17.3% in comparison with the similar period of last year".

347 076 sq. meters of housing were put in operation at the expense of all sources of financing for 9 months 2011. It's 42.6% more than in 2010.
