Penza, 13 October 2011. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev held a business meeting with delegation of the Chinese province Jilin. They signed the cooperation agreement in agriculture sphere. Vasily Bochkarev underlined that creation in the Penza region the agricultural enterprises of food production is very perspective, as the region is close to Moscow.

The assistant of the governor of the Chinese province Jilin Van Shouchen noticed that there are all conditions for cultivation vegetables in hothouses and mushrooms cultivation, good market, favorable weather and fertile soil in the Penza region.

Van Shouchen said: "Agriculture sphere and especially animal breeding are on the first place in China and the province Jilin is very successful in it. I think that we can use our experience in Russia".

Vasily Bochkarev declared: "Due to Chinese investments Penza region can become the center of manufacturing, processing and storage of vegetables, fruit, berries and fishes for many regions of Russia. For this purpose we have soil, water, electricity, gas and roads, but there are no technologies and initiative".

Vasily Bochkarev said: "The government of the Penza region is ready to support your suggestions in development of agriculture, wood industry and fishing in the region, but we are also interested in other projects. In particular, we would be glad to have automobile, lorries agricultural machinery manufacturing enterprise on the territory of the Penza region".

He also added that Chinese cars assembled in the Penza region can be used for transportation of vegetables, meat and mushrooms which will be produced at the enterprises with China investments.

Besides, Van Shouchen suggested Vasily Bochkarev considering the possibility of building leather goods manufacturing enterprise in Penza.

At the end of the meeting Van Shouchen presented a model of the car which is manufactured in China.
