Penza, 18 October 2011. PenzaNews. Penza Office of the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia decided to impose the penalty at a rate of 10 543 200.73 roubles on "Gazprom Penza" LLC for abusing of leading position of the market.

The press-service of antimonopoly body said: "Domostroitel" LTD requested to seal up "Gazprom Penza" LLC to seal the gaz counter register but they refused. They explained that gaz counter didn't satisfy the requirements of metrology rules and gas account".

Thus, "Gazprom Penza" LLC didn't confirm that gaz counter didn't satisfy the requirements. There are no grounds to refuse.

The press-service said: "Gazprom Penza" LLC evasion from seal of the gas counter led to infringement of the interests of "Domostroitel" LTD. They have to pay for volumes of gas several times exceeding actual consumption".
