Penza, 28 October 2011. PenzaNews. The governor of the Penza region Vasily Bochkarev offered the Finnish investors to construct paid road in еру region. The head of region informed about it during the meeting with the representatives of the foreign countries which took place on Friday, October, 28th.

Vasily Bochkarev said: “It is a very interesting project as we had problems with traffic jams in the regional center. We are ready to give ground for building a highway. I’d like Finnish to show us how to build roads of high quality”.
The governor of the Penza region promised that the regional authorities are ready to support investors until a paid road become popular among townsmen.
The head of the region said: “Russia has problems with qualitative roads. Finland is an example to follow for us. They also have cold winter but their roads work and are not damaged. We are ready to study the experience of Finnish specialists”.
