Penza, 3 November 2011. PenzaNews. 90 million rubles were allocated in addition from the federal budget for realization of the program on decrease of unemployment in 2011 in the Penza region. It was decided during the session of interdepartmental working group of Federal Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia on November, 1st.

Allocated money will be spent for financial support of new business enterprises organized by unemployed people and for the centers of employment for more vocational training of the citizens.

As it was reported earlier, unemployed people, who want to start their own business can get 58.8 thousand rubles grant. It can be spent for equipment, vehicles or business plan of the project.

During 30 days after a person gets a grant, he should confirm the expenses and should held enterprise activity not less than 1 year from the date of registration.
