Penza, 7 November 2011. PenzaNews. Governor Vasily Bochkarev offered to organize the investment council and the chamber of craftspeople in the Penza region. The head of the region suggested it during the operative meeting in the government on Monday, November, 7th.

Vasily Bochkarev said: “The investment council should support activity of investors on the territory of the region. The heads of the areas will manage this work”.

The vice-chairman of the government, the head of the department of investment development of the Penza region Vladimir Volkov will be the head of a new organization.

Vasily Bochkarev and the vice-chairman of the government, the head of the department of innovative development Yury Krivov discussed the possibility of organization of the chamber of craftsmen in the region.

Vasily Bochkarev said: “Penza masters of arts and crafts and national craftsmen create various souvenirs with Penza brand. It is necessary to help them to unite, to form a noncommercial organization for example”.

According to Yury Krivov, the department of innovative development has already started to work out such project.

Yury Krivov said: “We planned to create the chamber of craftsmen on the basis of one of business incubators. The youth will be engaged in realisation of this project”.
