Penza, 8 November 2011. PenzaNews. The prices of beef and fish increased most of all. Prices of beef increased by 23% and priced of frozen fish increased by 17,8% for 10 months 2011 in the Penza region.

According analysis of average prices of goods which was held by Federal Service for Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare on the territory of the Penza region, prices of granulated sugar decreased by 28.5%, millet price decreased by on 47.5% and buckwheat price decreased by 35.8%.

The press-service of the department of by Federal Service for Consumer Rights Protection and Human Welfare in the Penza region said: “Prices of fruits and vegetables decreased in comparison with the winter period due to harvest season. Prices of milk, eggs, wheat flour, bakery products and oil are constant.”
