Penza, 11 November 2011. PenzaNews. The Czech travel agency “Company Diamond Wind” turned bankrupt. The co-owners were Russians, including two residents of the Penza region.

“Prague telegraph” referring to Czech portal iDNES.cz reported that all clients of the agency had time to return home, however 80 more person paid for tours 60 thousand euro total.

In September, 2011 there were problems at the tourist agency for the first time. Its clients couldn't take off from the airport "Rusyne". However the company indemnified a loss.

60 persons didn’t leave for Turkey.

The head of Association of travel agencies Tomio Okamura informed: “The tourist agency promised that during the week all money would be returned, but the promise wasn’t executed till now”.

As he said, the insurance company "Generali" where the tourist agency had been insured on a bankruptcy case should pay money.

Tomio Okamura said: “I recommend all suffered clients to appeal to the insurance company. The clients will receive money during half a year.”

The tourist agency “Company Diamond Wind” served about 2 thousand touristsevery year. The company is specialized in trips to Turkey, Croatia and Russia. Owners of the agency are Russians Sergey Koldomasov, Vladimir Startsev, Svetlana Zhukov, and also citizens of Russian origin — Dmitry and Natalia Troshniny.

According to the Trading registre of Czechia, two co-owners are the residents of the Penza region.

Six travel agencies: “Karma Tour”, “Pressburg”, “Parkam Holidays”, “Via Vera”, “Viva Monde” and “Company Diamond Wind” turned bankrupt or stopped their work in Czechia in 2011.
