State aid for beginners in business will be minimized in Penza

Penza, 30 November 2011. PenzaNews. Support for business start-ups will be minimized in the Penza region in 2012. The Deputy Prime Minister — the Head of the Department of Investment Development of the Penza region Vladimir Volkov siad about it during the conference at the Press Center of the news agency PenzaNews on Wednesday, November, 30.

He said: “Pouring of money to small businesses that have been made in connection with the problems of 2008-2009 and consisted of a three hundred thousandth grants will be minimized or reduced to the limit. It did its job. It is called “crops” in business. The companies had been “planted” and now they need to take the next step. We will work with them, and level of support of a particular company consolidated in the market will be more considerable”.
He also noted that the size of business support in the general budget of the Penza region in 2012 will not be reduced.
The First Deputy Chairman of the regional government expressed: “The support from the federal budget is formed throughout the year, and it mostly focuses on the complicity of the region. As we do not reduce our support, we can look forward to all the preferences of the Federation”.
As the news agency PenzaNews informed earlier Vladimir Volkov will become leader of the Ministry of Investment Development and Entrepreneurial Activity from February, 1st of 2012. It will be organized after reorganization of two departments — the Department of Investment Development and the Department of Entrepreneurial Activity.
