Penza, 2 December 2011. PenzaNews. The reception of young enterpreneurs applications for grants up to 300 thousand rubles was finished in Penza on December, 1.

The acting Head of Department of Business Development Pavel Kuznetsov said: “It was the third stage of the competition for grant support, during which we received 497 applications”.

He added that more than 1.5 thousand businesses applied for 300 thousand rubles grants only in 2011.

Application, business projects and the necessary documents businessmen filed in sealed envelopes. Meeting of the tender committee of the Government of the Penza region for the selection of projects in small and medium-sized businesses will be held on Monday, December, 5. The packages will be opened and the accuracy and reliability of the data will be checked.

Pavel Kuznetsov said: “This year we have supported over 500 start-ups. In 2012, more attention will be paid to training of entrepreneurs, the development of subsidizing lease and loan agreements mechanisms”.

He noted that today's newcomers to the business will have to get on their feet and develop their businesses using credit resources and services of leasing companies.

Pavel Kuznetsov concluded: “Our task is to teach them to make resources more accessible”.
