Penza, 6 December 2011. PenzaNews. Governor Vasily Bochkarev charged the members of the government of the Penza region to created an engineering company in Penza.

The head of the region said during the operative meeting in the government on Tuesday, December, 6th said: “We should create a serious large engineering company in Penza. Probably, it will be limited liability company with participation of the regional means”.

Vasily Bochkarev added: “Now we don't have such company which would have wide popularity and could work in different branches”.

The engineering company is a company specializing on providing engineering services. They use the status formally independent, are capable to render services in several areas simultaneously and to involve various suppliers of the equipment and contractors in the work.

As a rule, the engineering company includes some large enterprises (or holdings), each of which carries out this or that function: designing, building, delivery of the equipment and its installation, installation works, conducting the project, technical supervision, engineering support of the investment projects, the subsequent works — repair, service.

The companies which are carrying out “turn-key projects” are called full cycle engineering companies.
