Federal Antimonopoly Service initiated the criminal case concerning LLC “Gorvodokanal” in Penza

Penza, 7 December 2011. PenzaNews. Penza Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia was brought by action in LLC “Gorvodokanal” relation to signs of infringement of the law on competition protection.

The deputy chief of the department Maxim Beloborodov said: “The case was initiated according to part 1 article 10 of the Law on competition protection due to LLC “Gorvodokanal” refused the townsman of Penza to seal the individual device of cold water meter in his house”.

He informed that the legal investigation concerning LLC “Gorvodokanal” will take place on December, 15th.
