Penza, 15 December 2011. PenzaNews. During his visit to the site of the future business incubator in Sukhumskaya street on Thursday, 15th of December the head of the government said: “Lets divide the works into two 12-hour shifts. The facility needs to be commissioned this year”.

According to the government, the total cost of rebuilding of the ex-vet laboratory, which will become the business-incubator, is 53.6 million rubles, including 9.5 million rubles allocated from the regional budget.

The representative of the contractor assured, that the facility will be ready by the 20th of December.

Vasiliy Bochkarev inspected the progress of construction of the business incubator in Okruzhnaya street.

During the briefing the governor said: “We are glad that future renters will come to the offices equipped with everything: furniture, office equipment, cheap rental charges, owing to which the novice entrepreneurs will be able to realize their ideas and make profit”.

According to the head of the region, when the erection of business incubators for small and medium business begun many people doubted the success of the project and didn’t understand its goals.

Vasily Bochkarev said: “Nowadays young people become more interested in such a privilege. Small and medium business enterprises understood that it is convenient and profitable. I’d like to thank the Ministry of economic development of the Russian Federation, which supported our ideas. We would never manage to realize such using only regional funds”.

He emphasized, that federal money was used for building business incubators in Kuznetsk of the Penza region.

Vasily Bochkarev said: “We’ve erected business-incubators in Penza, Serdobsk, Nikolsk, Narovchat, however there were no suitable ground in Kuznetsk, that’s why we’ve bought ex-factory building in town. So, we provided money to pay its salary debts. We will reconstruct it and will create a site for the development of small and medium business enterprises”.
