Moscow, 30 January 2012. PenzaNews. Ceremony of agreement signing between LLC “RUSMOLCO” and one of world leaders in the field of deliveries and manufacture of agricultural production company “Olam International” took place in Moscow on Monday, January 30. The chairman of the board of directors of “RUSMOLCO” Naum Babayev and the general director of “Olam International” Sanni Vergeze signed the document.

The agreement provides 400 million US dollars investments till 2015.

According to Sanni Vergeze, money will be invested stepwise.

75 million US will be the first step of “Olam International” investment within the limits of partnership, thus the company will receive 75% in an authorized capital stock of “RUSMOLCO”.

It is planned that within three years “RUSMOLCO” realizes the investment program directed on increase of the area of processed lands from 52 thousand of hectare up to 106 thousand of hectare.

Besides, building of four new dairy complexes in the Penza region and increase in a livestock from 7.2 thousand to 20 thousand head and till 2015 up to 50 thousand head of milch herd is supposed.
