Penza, 3 February 2012. PenzaNews. Ministry of Finance of the Penza region got the second degree diploma for financial management as the result of estimation held by the department of interbudgetary relations of the Ministry of Finance of Russia.

According to the press-service of Ministry of Finance of the region, relative density of expenses of the budget formed within the limits of regional target programs, in total amount of budgetary expenses 81.28 % led to good estimation.

“Besides, absence of wage arrears, social benefits and accounts payable was considered,” said in the department.

According to the press-service, it’s necessary to fulfill a number of conditions to get the highest degree of budgetary process management.

“It is necessary to achieve maintenance with addressees of budgetary funds of execution of budgetary estimates according to confirmed lists, to increase expenses of the budget formed at rendering of the state services, carried out according to state task, to carry out more effective granting of the state guarantees and to execute a number of other activities,” admitted the Ministry of Finance of the Penza region, having specified that this work proceeds.
